There are now 14 VHSL schools in Region B, Class 3 with the 2023/24-2026/27 realignment and reclassification. Notably, Kettle Run and Fauquier were reclassified from Class 4 to Class 3. (updated 6/14/23)

CSOA provides officials for five schools, Brentsville, Fauquier, Kettle Run, Meridian (formerly George Mason), and Manassas Park. All five schools compete in the Northwest District during the regular season, along with several Class 4 schools including Liberty Bealeton.
