The Commonwealth Soccer Officials Association (CSOA) is an independent association of certified soccer officials. CSOA provides soccer officials to officiate at all levels of high school competition in Northern and Northwestern Virginia including Alexandria,Arlington,Fairfax,Falls Church,Loudoun,Prince William and Stafford Counties. These games are officiated in accordance with the laws/rules of soccer set forth by the National and state governing bodies for high school athletics.
